The Wizard of Oz"Abigail Weinel is a hoot as The Cowardly Lion. With an old-time “tough guy” New York accent, she bullies the others at first, threatening them, before the tears start. She reluctantly leads the group to rescue Dorothy, asking them to “Talk me out of it!” “If I Only Had the Nerve” is great fun, as is “If I Were King of the Forest,” which has Weinel singing in comically high diction and using vocal flourishes. As Auntie Em, she is busy with farmwork to pay much attention to Dorothy’s complaints."

Alongside some many talented adults such as Abigail Weinel (Lion/Aunt Em)...(Weinel)truly shined in their roles, both dramatically and vocally. "

"The knockout sensation of the show is the sudden and unexpected arrival of Karen (Abigail Weinel.)... But beyond filling out the role of the ‘eye-candy-icon’ in the show, Weinel is an engaging performer, particularly when she gets her only soliloquy near the end of the performance....you get more of Weinel’s chic character then"
Anything Goes"Abigail Weinel as Reno Sweeney gives a knock out performance. This role has given actresses many awards and Weinel is definitely up to the task. It is her voice that belts out most the standards, like “I Get a Kick Out of You” and her dancing to “Anything Goes” at the end of Act I is top notch."

The sound of the song; Abigail Weinel has it all when it comes to being Reno Sweeney. Embodying the iconic ‘it girl’ of the era when it comes to singing and dancing, who cares who’s at the bottom because Abigail Weinel is at the top."
